Autosave Enabled...um...no...it's disabled

I am doing my best to install an autosave feature for blog posts. Unfortunately, I'm not sure this is going to work. It is set to save every 10 seconds, but something either already installed on our server or on my computer is preventing it from functioning properly.

If you get a chance to write a sentence or two in a blog post, please look at the bottom of your screen where you should see a blue strip telling you your form has been autosaved. Let it sit there a while - long enough for Drupal to forget you're around - then try to post it. Please do not try this out with something you really care about losing.

Thanks. It will be nice to know if it is my computer or something already loaded on BlueNC.

[Update] Sorry folks. The ajax autosave module isn't compatible with one of our critical modules. It simply wouldn't function properly. I promise I will continue looking for a module that is compatible with our setup. For now, continue to copy and paste. I'm really very sorry.

I've tried it on both Safari and Firefox

and it just isn't working.

Testing

This is a test of autosave to see if I can see the magic blue bar. Hmmmm.

Doesn't look like it's happening. Shoot. I was really looking forward to that one.

PS I LOVE the new recommending system so far. Very cool ... and much prettier than the old stars!

Thanks! I really like the new rating system too

I could have used hearts. hehe
