Bankster incompetence has masked the size of NC's foreclosure problems

But the sh/t is getting ready to hit the fan.

"The overarching theme is much of the decrease we've seen over past 12 months in foreclosure activity is somewhat of a false positive caused by a delay in processing, as opposed to actual improvement in the housing market."
