Move Your Money: Can North Carolina do what New Mexico is doing?

This is part of a larger campaign to get folks to MOVE THEIR MONEY - initiated by Ariana Huffington and some economists.
To strengthen the little banks that are actually lending to small business and home buyers, and put pressure on the big four to be better citizens with better treatment of their customers. Could this happen in our state? Read it here.

Support for the democratic governor candidate
I imagine that many BlueNC ers are not that excited about the Perdue candidacy. I was out canvassing today and many who were ok with Obama, I was canvassing Unaffiliateds, drew the line on Perdue. She did not show up at work...she missed the debate. She disappointed them.

Duke Energy is building a new coal plant in North Carolina – in a time in which solving global warming is the most urgent issue to solve. We can request public hearings across the state to re examine the mercury levels and other pollutants.
