BlueNC Blogger Bash Videos All in One Place
I'm leaving each video as an individual page, but have gathered them all here to save the front page from heavy load times. I can't thank of anyone who deserves the front page more than our own Mike Barrett who is running for the Board of County Commissioners in Person County. Go Mike, Go.
Mike Barrett, candidate for Person County Commission
We'll follow Mike with another of our very own, Ed Ridpath, candidate for the NC House, District 37.
Jim Neal, candidate for U.S. Senate
Tilden Hagan speaks for his mother, Kay Hagan, candidate for U.S. Senate
Marshall Adame, candidate for CD-3
Roy Carter, candidate for CD-5
Jay Ovittore, candidate for CD-6
Colonel Dennis Nielsen, candidate for Governor
Bob Orr, Republican candidate for Governor
Pat Smathers, candidate for Lt. Governor
Robin Anderson, candidate for Labor Commissioner
Wayne Goodwin, candidate for Insurance Commissioner
Judge Kristin Ruth, candidate for Court of Appeals
Suzanne Reynolds, candidate for NC Supreme Court
Judge Linda Stephens, candidate for NC Court of Appeals
David Smith, candidate for Insurance Commissioner also spoke, but the video did not turn out. He used his time to encourage us to work hard for Mike Barrett so that Person County could see positive change like Chatham County has.
Thank you to all the candidates for showing up and speaking with us.

Thank you very much Betsy. This project must have
taken many, many hours. This is just the kind of candidate promotion that can get the word out at little or no cost to the candidates themselves. You and James are to commended for the event and this followup.
I don't know of a way to show "sweat" as a contribution. Is there an "In Very Kind" contribution form? :)

Thanks Mike!
It does take a long time, but I've always said that if BlueNC can help candidates reach a wider audience through our efforts and if we can connect candidates with activists and activists with causes then every bit of the work is worth it.
Thank you for being willing to do what it takes to bring change to Person County.
I can't wait for Tuesday at 7:30 when you can post the
Sam and Frank show.

Oh....I'll get it loaded a bit later today for a private viewing
I have permission of both parties. :D

Now that was a riot ... :)
They could take that on the road ... hit a few district conventions may 17 or some such.

Warning about the camera work
The tripod was locked and I couldn't get both hands on it to have a smooth transition between Frank and Sam. I mean....honestly...it is hard to get them both in the same frame. Sam isn't exactly a short fella.

YOU ARE FABULOUS
What an amazing amount of work - and beautifully done. Thank you so much for doing all this.
Betsy, thes are SO valuable.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Betsy!!
I've sent links to the local list serve and even though I suspect many folks on it have already voted, they can send it on to friends and family who haven't.
I honestly cannot imagine any other way to give folks who can't or just don't ever get to know who's running for down ballot races the opportunity to actually see them speak on a very informal, personal, real level. It is truly a beautiful thing. Truly.

Thanks and putting them together gave me an idea we can all
contribute to after the primary. I'm going to unveil it after the primary, but basically it is building on this and bringing web presence to down ballot races with very little money.

Sounds great so far!
Can't wait to hear it. :)

Wow.
What I just witnessed here is a moment. Great job, all.
