Alliteration is catchy, memorable. The rest of the points can and should be made, but probably require some more explanation. If we want to peg him with a nick name that will stick, its Bank Run Burr all the way.
I personally like "Dick". I remember my uncle telling me about how when he used to protest against Nixon, they had signs that read "Dick Nixon before he dicks you".
