McCrory spreads climate change myth and takes credit for cleaning up the environment

On CBS News this morning, Bob Scheiffer interviewed Deputy Assistant Governor about the storms in the state, challening him on his previous statement that climate change "was in God's hands". McCrory insisted his was misquoted and went on to say:

“But I will say this, that I feel that there has always been climate change. The debate is really how much is really man made, and how much will it cost to have any impact on climate change.”

Perhaps someone needs to introduce Pat to the 97% of climate experts that agree that climate change is man-made.

A survey of 928 peer-reviewed abstracts on the subject 'global climate change' published between 1993 and 2003 shows that not a single paper rejected the consensus position that global warming is man caused.

A follow-up study by the Skeptical Science team of over 12,000 peer-reviewed abstracts on the subjects of 'global warming' and 'global climate change' published between 1991 and 2011 found that of the papers taking a position on the cause of global warming, over 97% agreed that humans are causing it. The scientific authors of the papers were also contacted and asked to rate their own papers, and again over 97% whose papers took a position on the cause said humans are causing global warming.

Pat also stated in the interview:

“My main argument is, let’s clean up the environment,” he added. “And as a mayor and now as a governor, I’m spending my time cleaning our air, cleaning our water, and cleaning the ground. And I think that’s where the argument should be on both the left and the right. And if that has an impact on climate change, good.”

Cleaning up the environment? Like that coal ash spill your administration is being investigated by the Feds about?

Well, of course climate changed

from time to time before mankind walked the earth (long after dinosaurs did). But our current situation with over 400 parts per million of atmospheric carbon dioxide was brought about by the extraction, processing and emitting of millions of years-worth of fossil fuel deposits.

And Raleigh has an exceptionally high level of hot air and methane from generous doses of bullshit...

Why did they name "Greenland" in the 12 th Century? It was.. ...

because it was Green with Grass, Spring Water, Trees, And it look like Norway without Mountians and Southern England..Than suddenly it got Climate Change from a World Wide Cow Fart Epicurious Production Change in the Grain DNA which produce Meth Gases from the Cow Farts and poor Greenland by the 18 th century was cover by Ice, Snow and Al Gore Bullshit along with decaying Viking Farm Building and Motel 6 Resort frozen heating Springs

About your link, Teddy

There will be people that go to your link and say that it is a biased source of information and that the 97% is not really talking about all scientists but just scientists that have published papers on the topic.

Well, to that I say that those people need to see what is said by the EDF which is reknown for its scientific knowledge on the environment.

Let them go to this link and then argue their case: http://www.edf.org/climate/climate-facts-dangers-and-what-you-can-do?s_src=ggad&s_subsrc=Global-Warm...
