Tuesday Twitter roundup

This deserves serious consideration:

My sister just moved back to Florida from Washington (state), where they have been doing vote-by-mail for several years now. In 2016, 79% of registered voters mailed in their ballots.

Yeah, there's going to be considerable blood on their hands. But just like Trump, they will never admit their mistakes or responsibility. Here are some more:

To be clear, "State Media" is a description of media run by the state. Such as Russia's former (and likely current) media platforms. Those entities were under direct control of the Politburo, and whoever was their current (Great) leader. If anything, Fox News is about as close to that category than any other U.S. media outlet in history.

Seb Gorka is a pimple on the ass of the right-wing propaganda machine.

Actually, we are dumbfounded that he would continue his narcissistic love-fest in the midst of this crisis. But where $$$ is concerned, public health simply does not matter.

He has been given an ultimatum from the NY Attorney General to discontinue this outrageous fraud, but they need to lock his ass up. Because next week it will be something else that endangers his followers (bless their hearts), likely ending up with some Jim Jones koolaid.

I'll probably still wear a tie, though. You can take a man out of the Army, but you can't take the Army out of the man.

Onboarded? That's not even a word! Ehhh...

A tragedy, and very likely one that could have been averted.

Now that's a can of worms...

Yep, which is why mandatory sick leave for *everybody* is so important.

Lock 'em up, every single one of them. That will send a message.

Looks like they're not very confident Trump can win a second term, doesn't it?

First of all, Cal Cunningham is not an elected official (yet). Saying he "hasn't done anything to help our state" is quite possibly the stupidest comment on Twitter for at least the last week. Second, Tillis hasn't voted for shit yet. Thanks to Louis Gohmert (R), the House bill is just now going to the Senate, and I am not confident it will get the bipartisan support it needs in that venue. McConnell is much more concerned about exerting control than he is the safety and well-being of American citizens, and Thom Tillis will follow his lead like a puppy that just peed on the carpet. Hopefully Trump's support for the bill will grease the skids, but he changes his mind more than a squirrel crossing the road when a car approaches.

On that precarious note, here's your Onion:

Cleverly funny, but also not-so-funny. A lot of the people I see using GoFundMe accounts actually had/have health insurance, but still ended up with thousands in medical debt.
