Does Robin Hayes Endorse Hate?
How about Elizabeth Dole? We probably should ask Virginia Foxx whether she endorses the hatred shown by McCain/Palin supporters while we're at it. We can also check with Paul Stam.
The words being shouted by these people go beyond poor taste. This is sheer unadulterated hatred. Do North Carolina Republicans feel comfortable with this level of hate?
Obviously they not only feel comfortable, but they participate as was witnessed in Elon when a reporter was attacked simply because he chuckled. That reporter was white. What would have happened if he had been black?
Which North Carolina Republican candidate will be the first to come out and repudiate the hatred shown by their fellow Republicans at the McCain/Palin rallies?

Sick
I just watched that at TPM. This stuff is making me mad.
I watched this last night:
We need to work harder, be vigilant, be serious, be professional and exude confidence and hope.
Meant to h/t them.....
The people at these rallies truly are sick.

Your Faux Outrage is Laughable
The "outrage" exhibited by you guys and your counterparts in the media is just laughable. Have you missed the last eight years of all of the derogatory and slanderous remarks aimed at George Bush and his administration from your party? Not to say that some of it he didn't deserve, but the rabid partisans have brought us to a whole new level of acceptable hatred in politics and now suddenly you're upset about a handful of people caught on camera calling a Obama a terrorist. LOL! Puhleeeze!
Are you going to call on Kay Hagan to repudiate this?

Will Bev Perdue condemn this?

Or perhaps you missed this latest gem right across the border.

Do you endorse the hate, Ms Muse??
Neither the McCain campaign nor the Obama campaign needs to condemn anything. They can't control what their supporters do and this petty nonsense of demanding that they do is just a distraction to keep from talking about the real issues, on which both your candidate and the GOP's totally suck.
Enough with the holier than thou attitude. Your party is no less guilty and no more better than the Republicans. You all are engaging in increasingly uncivilized discourse that is filtering down to our children. You're both sides of the same coin, both parties pulling this country into the shitter and dragging the rest of us who actually possess a brain down with you.

None of your links work.
And I'm tired of fixing links for lazy people who can't be bothered to do it for themselves, especially people who have been doing this for a long time and ought to know how to do it for themselves by now.
I watched this entire video. The first thing that I thought was actually amusing is how shocked the creator of the video was the number of middle fingers raised to anyone walking down the street in New York City. Have they ever been to New York before?
As I watched the video, I waited for threats of violence against the marchers. I heard none. I heard lots of boos, but the First Amendment guarantees you the right to be heard, but does not guarantee that your feelings won't be hurt. Did these McCain Palin supporters marching in what they knew was a liberal strong hold really suppose they would be warmly welcomed? What planet did they grow up on? Were the onlookers supposed to watch in respectful silence, or suddenly see the error of their ways and fall in lockstep with the marchers, or better yet, stop one of them and have a lively yet civilized debate on the streets of New York? Yeah, that happens all the time. /sarcasm.
Moreover, more offensive than any middle finger or boo in that video is the implication that the McCainites are the true American patriots, and the accusation that terrorists are welcome before them. Just because someone disagrees with you does not make them a sponsor of terrorism, and do not think for one second that you have a monopoly on American patriotism because you are a conservative. That is a greater poverty than anything else shown in that video.
And finally - What does this video have to do with Kay Hagan? Why should she repudiate it? What you posted is merely an example of a political demonstration and its consequences. It does not contain the violence that has been documented at McCain/Palin - particularly at Palin - rallies.
I don't see the need to turn cartwheels to find the other links you've referenced until you can find take the time to actually post them properly.

Hey Be nice
Art Pope's maps might not have Elon on them. So don't assume he knows that Elon is in NC.

"Keep the Faith"
yeah. I'll be nice.
For now.
But I have flying monkeys, and I'm not afraid to use them.

Propaganda
This was a deliberate provocative act and a set up. The NYC McCains deliberately crashed an Upper West Side street festival, the Columbus Avenue Festival on Columbus Avenue between 66th and 86th Streets.
The photos at McCain Manhattan show a totally different picture from the one depicted in the video.
The Upper West Side
What did they expect. I recommend anyone who is interested to review the video with the sound off and read the chilling derogatory text.
You are truly disgusting...
In the last three days the NC-GOP has foisted on my household three of the most disgusting mailers I've ever read. Anti-gay, anti women's rights and racist...were themes of these pathetic examples of Republican leadership.
John McCain was a POW. He's parlayed that experience into a lifetime of privilege and adulation from his constituents. He hasn't the faintest idea what the average American cares about...nor does he have any plan to find out or do anything about it even if he did.
This country is already (as you say) "in the shitter" and it's because of the "leaders" morons like you previously elected to run this nation...by fiat...and without any scruples or regard for our Constitution. If you actually possess the brain you claim to have, it must be buried somewhere deep in your rectum. If you push your head in just a bit further you may be able to see it.

My hometown is about 20 minutes from Johnstown. Love those country folk, don't you?

Besides voter repression and lies, all McCain has left is
Projection? They think they can equate the real ugliness of the crowds that try to intimidate reporters at their rallies with threats or actually resort to physical violence with this? They march through an obviously progressive thinking part of New York and get booed or given the finger and that's the actions of a terrorist?
By God man, speaking out IS the TRUE DUTY OF PATRIOTS!
No matter that patriotism is too often the refuge of scoundrels. Dissent, rebellion, and all-around hell-raising remain the true duty of patriots.

Which North Carolina
None. That's who they are. That's who Jesse Helms called out in 1972 and no amount of faux graciousness can change that. Even the transplants like Sue Myrick (b. Toledo, OH) are like that.
The false equivalency going on among Republican operatives is mindboggling (not really because we've come to expect this sort of empty rhetoric). Threatening death, popping off and attacking the press and Obama canvassers does not equal calling George W. Bush "incurious, stupid, and a war criminal". Bush has proved to be all three; hopefully his day in court will come on the third one.
