So scary. Some living thing eats & drinks near that road. It's not shocking to me that the truck driver's only response was to yell "Don't take my picture!" and then speed away.

But then I remember all those thousands of 55 gallon drums of PCBs that were dumped (intentionally) into creeks and rivers here in North Carolina, and it becomes easier to believe. And much more frightening.
