Just wondering
I don't have any legal training...but would the landowners who don't want their properties used for fracking purposes have a better chance of fighting off the drillers if they banded together to incorporate or incorporated individually?

From what I have learned, legally, once the gas companies have 60% of a region leased, at least in PA, they automatically are granted access to surrounding lands mineral rights underneath the un-leased land. Basically, if your neighbors sell out and you don't, you are still screwed.
