I don't agree with everything Moveon puts out
but this is good one.
Robin Hayes lied. Nobody died, but thousands of folks lost their jobs.

one ad in particular was rather annoying

Has anybody seen the anti-MoveOn.org
ad that (at least) the Faux News Channel has been running?
I didn't catch who sponsored it, but they're still harping about "Victory" being the only real choice in Iraq. ;/
Is that...victory over Muqtada al Sadr, or victory over any and all comers, or victory over the government we put in place, or victory over living room furniture of families suspected of harboring insurgents, or victory over feelings of inadequacy, or victory over legal attempts by whistleblowers to expose fraud and war-profiteering, or victory over moonlighting policemen, or victory over the demand for accountability on those pesky contracts, or victory over those cocky guys from California in the Green Zone volleyball tournament, or victory over the conundrum of where to bury all the liberated Iraqis, or victory over the out-dated parts of the Constitution that allow citizens to voice opposition and demand acountability...
*sigh* the fact that I could continue in this vein for a while before running out of material is depressing all by itself, so I'm going to stop. For now.

c'mon. You know you've got a couple more paragraphs in you.
Or are you chicken?

(wink, wink) As this is Fox "News" we are talking about,
land of old guys and pretty women with microphones, I kept waiting for
"... victory over erectile dysfunction ...." (j/j)

Two words about that MoveOn.org ad
SWIFT BOAT
Now where did I read that?
No matter that patriotism is too often the refuge of scoundrels. Dissent, rebellion, and all-around hell-raising remain the true duty of patriots.
