Congratulations to Governor Kathleen Sebelius on her nomination to become Obama's secretary of health and human services. The Times has a good run-down on her career.

a happy hug every now and then. I've noticed a marked change in the old man. I've even caught him smiling! Now...how I can see him smiling through the Googly mail....I'll never tell.
