I remember both
I'm a big PD James fan, and I love sci-fi also. I put off reading the book because I was afraid her foray into that genre might be clunky, but damn. I couldn't put it down. Read it in like three days, I think.
1 month until SCOTUS Prop8/DOMA case
AFER, the challengers of the Prop 8 case filed their ruling before the Supreme Court for the case that will be heard on March 26/27. This video is a good summary of the Prop 8 side of the challenge. I expect groups like the ACLU and the New England-based Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) will probably put out more info on the DOMA side of things.
