As the single most powerful individual in North Carolina politics, you would seem to have an obligation to share your agenda with those of us in the peasant class for whom you are now morally, if not literally, responsible.

What role do you expect to have in shaping public policy?
Will you meet with elected officials personally to share your ideas?
Will employees of your non-profit organizations provide direct legislative staff support?
Will any of your employees receive government payments for services?
On the local government front, do you favor giving counties and municipalities more or less freedom to manage their own affairs?
What is your position on the rights of gays and lesbians? What about Don't Ask Don't Tell?
What's your stand on government incentives for businesses?
Did you see Bob Orr's column before it ran in the N&O today?
What are your views on privacy and equality? Do you support equal rights, including marriage rights, for all people?
Should redistricting be managed by an independent commission or by the North Carolina Republican Party?

Hey NCGOP: Pass an amendment to abolish corporate personhood
New GOP legislature in NC:
Wanna amendment that will send EVERYBODY to the polls and earn you loads of support from the right, left, and middle?
Draft up an amendment banning corporate personhood.
Send up a resolution to Congress and the US Supreme Court for the same thing.

Do you think the Republicans will be able to restore confidence in North Carolina state government in light of the Easley scandal?
Do you think the Republicans will continue to increase the size of state government even though revenues have fallen?
How do you think the new Republican majority will treat the Democrats:
a. Exactly as the Democrats have treated them.
b. Better than the Democrats have treated them.
c. Worse than the Democrats have treated them.
d. A cheeseburger and fries cost $60.00 over there.
