- According to Thunder Pig, John Armor and Fred Smith won the Macon County GOP straw poll.
- Cold Fury openly celebrates the possiblity of increased violence against gay and bi-sexual teenagers.
- Michael Munger converts Mike Gravel
- NCGOP communications director Brent Woodcox repeats the GOP talking point that both Clinton and Obama fail to properly understand the mechanics of today's modern telephone devices. On Brent's facebook page he states: "You know that guy that can get any girl? I'm him...on crack. Michael Jordan plays ball. Charles Manson kills people. I talk. Everyone has a talent." You got to love that this kid wants to be compared to a corrupt lobbyist.
- Sister Toldjah has stopped hating on John McCain and resumed mud flinging at Barack Obama.
- Hang Right Politics has a little fable about how scientists are big mean bullies who try to trick you but the Christians will have the last laugh. Ha Ha Ha! Ha Ha! Silly scientists down there burning in hell, they thought they were so smart, whose the smart guy now?
- EnvironmentNC continues to insist simultaneous that there are no environmental problems and that all solutions to environmental problems will fail to solve those same environmental problems. This blog is written by people who claim to have expertise in a concept that they refuse to admit exist. Did you know? Environmentalists want us to go back to hunter-gatherer societies with no modern conveniences. Who knew?
- Ogre has NOT stopped hating of John McCain. And also, government is incapable of doing anything (with Newt video).
- NC Republican Roundtable claims the there are some Republicans who want to be Lt Governor, without bothering to provide any info on these mystery men. But they got some Ann Coulter columns if you want them though.
- ncrumors.com is dead again.
- Rob Boyce claims that, by voting against Bush tax cuts for the rich, Mike McIntyre is letting a girl boss him around. A girl! Can you imagine?
- Apriori Concepts says that a vote for Fred Smith is a vote wasted, because Bob Orr is the obvious front runner.
- Charlotte Conservative News guy Jaime Andrade tells you who the real enemy is: black activists.

I hope Zack and the YDs do manage to get an executive director. I think it's the missing piece that will allow the YDs to be the powerhouse on election day that they were yesterday. You need a day to day person to cross the tees and eye the dots.

I've heard of your blog, but I feel like every time I go there it is in a state of disrepair. It looks good today, so maybe it's just confusion on my part.
Why is your picture of rich guy looking smug with a cigar? Why do right-wing people want to look corrupt? It's not just you, I've seen other right-wing bloggers use a fat boss hawg character to represent themselves, or a variation on your cigar chewing top-of-the-world dude. When Glengarry Glen Ross is your role model, doesn't that say something about you?

no, really....that's a joke.
Oh, those poor people.....so delusional....so pathetic. Do they really think that we think we have that much influence? All we are is a venue where Democratic politicians can come get their platform online on a site that has a decent showing on a Google search. I mean seriously...do they not get that? This really does bode well for us. As more of our state moves into the 21st century it will be Democrats with a presence online and the Republicans who are just figuring out how to turn on their computers.
OK....except for the dude in charge of the email. He's an outlier.

You must think North Carolinians are idiots, Brent.
Which party lied to the American public to scare us into a trillion-dollar war, funneled billions in no-bid contracts to their corporate buddies, gave law enforcement carte blanche to spy on us without the need for a judge's approval, ripped the Constitution a new asshole, grew the Federal bureaucracy at an unparalleled rate, turned the Justice Department into a political tool, etc., etc.?
You can wish and hope that people will forget all that stuff come November, but I seriously doubt it.
