SOS: A personal request from Jim Neal

Guys,

We have a fantastic staffer who's come to town to work for nuttin (we are running a very lean, mean organization....)Great guy and as nice as they come-- and uber-smart.

SOS is for a friend to offer a room for him to lodge? He (Christian) has been bunking on the pull-out sofa at my home in the meanwhile and the poor guy needs his privacy. He's great about jerking me out of bed at 4:30 am when I need to be wheels up (like tomorrow!) but I am asking if anyone locally can offer to have Christian as a guest. He deserves better than a pull-out sofa in the den and sharing a bathroom--- a little privacy for him would much appreciated.

I'll vouche for him personally--- and assure you that he's polite and too respectful.

So....SOS in the Wake/Durham/Orange county areas?

thanks,

jim

We have room!

private quarters, upstairs bedroom, office, totaly computerize......Large Batcave in basement where the real political action takes place and confirmed anti-blackwater bunker....no problem....over the past 4 years we had ran a B&B for a ton of interns and political wigs passing though..during our campaigns......Cary ...easy access to Durham...and Chapel Hill....leave message at this site on private contact.....cmb

I met Christian on Saturday

He seems like a really nice guy. If I lived closer he could stay at my place.

and while you are asking around...

Be sure to tell your friends and family that Jim Neal is a TERRIFIC candidate for US Senate. He can stand up to Liddy Dole and actually represent the people of North Carolina.

I never, ever gave up my time to go in and work for a campaign, until now, and I really believe Jim deserves our support. He has been here at BlueNC answering our questions, something we know that many candidates are very reluctant to do. I just feel that the netroots has to support candidates who come here and listen to our concerns, or we will forever be stuck with the same old insiders who impede change. The primary is very, very soon.

This is exactly why we are winning all over America!

In any case, I am on the coast, but I see you all have this well in hand.

And Helms begat Reagan...

Arguably, Ronald Reagan's Helms enabled win in the 1976 NC primary was all the encouragement he needed to try again in 1980, setting the stage for the Reagan Revolution and synergistic escapades like this one...

TrueMeckDem on Myers Park Pat

"My opinion of Pat has changed over the years. I used to think he was truly a man of the people but the longer he has been mayor, the less I think of him.

As with most cities, Charlotte has three political parties: Dem, Rep, and Chamber of Commerce. Pat is definitely the puppet of the COC here. What is good for business is good for Charlotte and Pat ... very personable guy, he has gotten a bunch of Dems in these parts to vote for him but I don't trust him."
