No details yet, but word is that a Stay of Execution has been ordered. LeGrande's attorneys were in court this morning arguing their client's competency to be executed.

The N&O has an article up...
on the stay.
It's apparently a 45 day stay of execution in order to obtain more psychiatry evaluations.

Great News!!
This is good news that Mr. LeGrande received a Stay. Mark do you think the
State AG's office will appeal the ruling??
The AG
hasn't been a source of much encouragement in all this. Sometimes I just don't get Cooper.

it was a 60 day stay. Either way, it is very good news.
