Sad I am to 'Report that the World Has Lost a Remarkable Man

The Passing of a Remarkable Man

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Mr. Common Sense. Mr. Sense had been with us for many years.

No one knows for sure how old he was since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.

He will be remembered as having cultivated such value lessons as knowing

Townhall.com A Site Worth Visiting

In one of my meanderings over the Internet one day I ran across a really interesting site: Townhall.com. Yes it can be said to be a “conservatives” site if you want to label it, I guess. I am neither a liberal nor a conservative since I hold strong opinions favored by both camps. I am however, I believe, an intelligent person who refuses to gulp whole anything without running it thru the test of the knowledge I have managed to obtain, and retain, thru the years. Then I may accept or reject the whole, or accept and shape to my own opinions parts of what I read, hear or see. That is what Townhall.com has come to mean to me; a place where I get others opinions based on their knowledge and in this way add to my own knowledge base. With this attitude towards all peoples opinions KNEE JERK liberals or conservatives annoy me. And, greatly sadden me.
