Election Fatigue 2008

With the conventions still many months away, I’m already tired of this election. I’m tired of both Hillary and Obama. I’ve been tired of McCain since he supported Bush in 2004. The ironic thing is, I should be elated. I should be in a state of euphoria, just because the disaster with the middle initial “W” is almost gone from Washington for good. But I’m not happy - just tired. And worried about the future.

IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN!

The media is excluding candidates from the debates. AGAIN!
Lately it's been the media (IE..ABC/Disney, Fox & now NBC/GE) that want to exclude viable candidates. These media outlets and their pundits are trying to select your candidates and manipulate the public perception of exactly who is viable and electable with words and polls.

Take action, please...

Final Question: Which races are you watching and who do you like?

TrueMeckDem on Myers Park Pat

"My opinion of Pat has changed over the years. I used to think he was truly a man of the people but the longer he has been mayor, the less I think of him.

As with most cities, Charlotte has three political parties: Dem, Rep, and Chamber of Commerce. Pat is definitely the puppet of the COC here. What is good for business is good for Charlotte and Pat ... very personable guy, he has gotten a bunch of Dems in these parts to vote for him but I don't trust him."
