The thing that bothered me over this week-long continuous coverage is there are other, more important things to cover than Richards’ foul, bigoted mouth.

Fifty-nine American soldiers lost their lives this month in Bush’s war. Not a lot of coverage on that topic.

Mass killings in the streets of Sadr City - over 150 dead and 200 wounded, plus there was a wave of retaliatory strikes.

The situation in Iraq has gotten so bad , the UK may pull out completely. Bush has been begging NATO and Germany to send troops and both are saying no.

So Bush just wants to stay the course.

I guess the sales figures at Wal-Mart and a foul-mouthed comic were more important than those stories.
