The Mubtakkar
Here's more from The One Percent Doctrine.
On February 13, 2003, Bahraini police, acting on a tip from NSA, arrested a group of men traveling across the King Fahd Bridge between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. One of the jihadists had visited an apartment in Saudi Arabia. There, authorities found a computer containing plans for the construction of a device called a mubtakkar - "invention" in Arabic and "the initiative" in Farsi.
It is a device the size of a paint can containing two cylinders: one with sodium cyanide and another with hydrochloric acid. A cell-phone controlled fuse connects them. Carried in a back pack, it can be left and detonated, causing deadly cyanide gas to erupt, killing anyone unlucky enough to breathe it.
