comparing this to the Global Transpark, which I agree was fatally flawed by wishful thinking. A worldclass port for North Carolina, on the other hand, strikes me as an inspired and practical piece of infrastructure that could generate significant strategic advantages and benefits.

Infrastructure

I wonder if they will include anti-terrorist infrastructure into the port, or if they don't have the funding for such extras.
