I have met people who think this way.

One of your best!
Maybe next year you could get Liddy Dole to visit Dobson. Of course, she'd have to be invisible since she wouldn't ever actually do that in real life. I think she has a phobia of North Carolina.
Jebus Dole
I had one strip last month where Liddy did come to Dobson to campaign for Virginia Foxx, but instead of rolling in on a campaign bus, she was carried to town on a campaign cross.
It was a little over the top, even for my taste, well, maybe not.

Holy Blood, Holy *&^$!!!
Then there was Virginia as the Virgin Mary holding up a donation bucket instead of the Holy Grail to catch Dole's donations, er blood, er you know what I mean.

Wonderful Stormbear
I would have a hard time picking a favorite, but this one is probably it so far. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
Robin Hayes lied. Nobody died, but thousands of folks lost their jobs.
Ohh good one Stormbear
by any chance did you catch Desperate Crossing on the History Channel the other night? It is the "real" story of Thanksgiving and quite an eye opener!
No matter that patriotism is too often the refuge of scoundrels. Dissent, rebellion, and all-around hell-raising remain the true duty of patriots.
I really need a Tivo
I totally missed it.

You have a chance to catch it again
It's on Thursday night at 8:00. It's well worth watching. Kinda blows the right wing version of history right out of the water.
And consider yourself lucky to have just met people that think like this. I work with someone who thinks like this...
:) Good stuff, Stormbear
Your strip is one of the regular "comfort" postings I always read, no matter what the day is like here at work ... kinda like Cheers and Jeers Fridays at dKos. Thanks for the smiles. Liddy will no doubt give you more material as Nov. 2008 gets closer. :)
Thanks!
You should like tomorrow's strip. No dialogue, but topical.
