Here's an even better idea.
Let's turn out the lights on Blackwater.
Go read this story - which has HUGE North Carolina implications - and then ask this? What would happen if Walter Jones and David Price teamed up to shut Blackwater down.

been discussing it with a city councilman.
I hope we can get good press like that if we do it.
The amount of press we get is a function of how much we seek
and how well we position it.
Maybe all the green groups would throw their weight behind a statewide demonstration of conservation in action.
Perhaps do it on the longest day of the year?
All we need is a good strong hook and an army of bloggers willing to pump it up. There are a bunch of blogs here that might help promote the story.
Let's do it.
What are the specific things we'd want people to do or not do? Probably one big thing and nine "nice to do" things for us eager beavers.
