It seems Anbar province is not quite as safe as "the leader of the free world" Little Georgie said.
If it is so safe, then how did one of the highest profile tribal leaders of the area get blown up today? And only 10 days after the area was deemed so safe the President met with this man himself.
And only a couple of days after General Petraus claimed this Shiek was going to keep everything under control there.
Odd, don't you think?

Being the President of the United States, I figured it would kind of be an honor to meet Dubya. I could also explain to him there's only one "u" in the word "nuclear". But after this:
there's no way in hell I'm getting within fifty feet of the man.
Seriously, how can anyone still believe that an important American showing public support for a leader (or anybody, for that matter) in Iraq is not going to make them a hated target?
