The Myth of the Love Hillary Movement (political cartoon)

Classic, Stormbear

Robin Hayes lied. Nobody died, but thousands of folks lost their jobs.

Vote Democratic! The ass you save may be your own.

I don't need an apology from David Geffen, what I do want is an apology from Hillary Clinton...

I know I have a bug up my ass about this, but I am really pissed off my brother has been sent to that God-forsaken desert TWICE. And she supported that bullshit.

she still supports. if you lived in new york during 9/11 you would want the same thing.

I did live in NY then

and I don't want it.

Never did.

I don't understand your post.

I only

paraphrased a comment by Hillary from a few weeks ago. It was parrotted by Carville. Essentially it boils down to them saying, 9/11 happened, so I wont apologize or change my position on the war in Iraq. Its absurd.

There Were No Iraqis on that Plane

Saudis. Mostly Saudis. Please - someone - one straight answer why 9/11 is connected in anyone's mind to Iraq.

It wasn't.

repeat: there were no Iraqis on that plane...

if you say it enough times

it becomes true. just like everything that was said about gore in 00.

Two more reasons

Hillary's top two policy initiatives in 06/07:

1---an amendment on flagburning
2---fighting the spread of violence in video games

Why doesn't she properly deal with the real-life violence in a place where flagburning is an extreme sport, instead of tacking left, tacking right like a speed-skater as she tries to follow the political winds on Iraq.

When she says that she "takes responsibility" for her Iraq vote, what she means is "let's quit talking about it." In the real world, responsibility means you face rewards and consequences of your decisions. In this vein, she will face the consequence of not getting my vote and the votes of any of the many people I try to convince not to vote for her.

Let's end the Bush-Clinton dynasty now.

War is over if you want it.

She strikes me as a generally unpleasant human being regardless of her policies.

If conservatives were thinking of sitting out the '08 elections, Hillary's candidacy would encourage them to vote ----- against her!

No matter that patriotism is too often the refuge of scoundrels. Dissent, rebellion, and all-around hell-raising remain the true duty of patriots.

Progressive Discussions

Dumba$$ Hannity even calls his show the "Stop Hillary Express"

They are gearing up so hard already. I was in a pizza joint yesterday that had Faux News on the tv. John Gibson was basically devoting his whole show to assaulting Barack Obama's personal life. Bringing up stories about his father's supposed bigamy and spousal abuse. Then, at the end of the show in the so-called op-ed time (as if the whole f@#$#ing show isn't a big nutjob op-ed piece), he insinuates the Hillary crowd is planting all this stuff on Obama (just like he,Drudge and others said Hillary did with the madrassah story a few weeks back). They will stop at nothing.

War is over if you want it.

I don't remember where I saw them

but two great videos about the FauxNews Obama dust up and CNN's actual reportage can be found here

What pisses me off

is that because of this idiotic, immoral inferno of a war in Iraq, little or no attention will be paid to real domestic problems that our government should be focused on. Rebuilding Baghdad is more of a priority than rebuilding New Orleans. Health Care for Iraqis is more of a priority than health care for the American troops that were wounded there, let alone the rest of us. I am so pissed off. I am just so pissed off. Dammit. Just Dammit.
