Puppetmaster No Show

If you're really bored on Friday nights when the legislature is in session, there's a decent show on North Carolina Public Television called Legislative Week In Review. I caught the end of last night's program where they had a good round up of the video poker ban, the dismissal of the ethics complaint against Easley, the dueling House and Senate tax cuts and more. In the closing segment, the announcer explained that they had tried and tried to reach Art Pope for comment, but hadn't been successful. Does anyone know what angle they were covering? I thought Pope would welcome the opportunity to 'splain his electioneering on statewide television. Send Public TV a note and ask them to schedule a whole show on the Puppetmaster. After all, he's well on his way to being a one-man legislature all by his lonesome. (Video and transcripts of the show are not yet available.)

I was watching

Cinderella Story, starring Hillary Duff, with Emily last night. Sorry...nothing that could possibly stretch the mind made a blip on my radar last night.

Vote Democratic! The ass you save may be your own.

Good show

I actually am a huge fan of that show because it shows whats goin on in the state. And there is not that much on between 7 and 8pm.

I usually never miss it.

But, last night was an exception.

Jesus Swept ticked me off. Too short. I loved the characters and then POOF it was over.
