Tuesday Twitter roundup

This Tweet struck me as very odd:

Unless of course you have already voted, in which case this Republican is advising you to break the law. I don't know if this is a real thing or not, although I have occasionally wondered if this could happen when they check off names in their voting "books" and not computers. But this could also be more voter fraud paranoia floated by the GOP.

Voter turnout numbers encouraging:

Unfortunately, this also means Republicans will be chirping, "See, even with only one site open, it didn't deter voters." And of course we'll never know how many more votes would have been cast if there had been multiple sites open the 1st seven days of voting. We do know most of those voters had to stand in line for 1-2 hours, which is unacceptable. And it's certain they will ignore this:

Time for a friendly reminder:

Even though the courts have stepped in and reinstated out-of-precinct voting, it's still less than ideal. Unless I'm mistaken, those are cast as provisional votes, meaning the local BoE can give them a thumb's up (or down). Check your registration and fix it while you can.
